This is a full day rainforest adventure package that operates daily with accommodation pickups commencing at 7:15am.
The day begins with a train journey on the Kuranda Scenic Railway from Freshwater train station to Kuranda, where 3 hours of freetime is yours to experience what us locals call a village in the rainforest. Kuranda is full of art and craft stores with many locally hand crafted articals such as boomerangs, digeridoos, paintings and more. There are an abundance of cafe's and restaurants, and also the famous heritage markets. Kuranda village also boasts a butterfly farm, koala exibit where you can cuddle a koala and have your photo take, a bird sanctuary exibiting many native and rare birds, and a Venom Zoo featuring snakes, spiders and all sorts of creepy crawlies! Take the opportunity to stroll down to the Barron falls too. an amzing sight - particularly during the wet.
From here we will meet you, and take you for a short 3 minute drive away from the village to our property, where we will get you prepared to saddle up, and enjoy a 2 hour rainforest horseback exoerience. Riding groups are generally allocated to operate at a maximum of 6 riders per group to ensure tours are kept small and personalised, and more enjoyable for you.
Following your afternoon horseback adventure, its back to Kuranda, and down to Skyrail, where the ramainder of of Rainforest adventure is by cable-car suspended only metres above the rainforest canopy, with endless views of Cairns and the Great Barrier Reef.

Enjoy a morning visit to Kuranda's Rainforeststation Nature Park, where you can experience a WW-II Army Duck ride through the rainforest and river system, learn about Aboriginal culture & how to throw a boomerang, visit a wildlife sanctuary - cuddle a Koala, and feed Kangaroos. You'll even see a live crocodile feeding demonstration !
Your'll have enough time to explore Rainforesation, and grab a bite for lunch before being picked up by our courtesy bus, and shuffled a short drive to our farm where we will get you prepared to saddle up, and enjoy a 2 hour rainforest horseback exoerience. Riding groups are generally allocated to operate at a maximum of 6 riders per group to ensure tours are kept small and personalised, and more enjoyable for you.
